Dream + Motivation = Reality!!

I want to make a difference ...
Due to my desire to travel around the world ... i started looking up tips from other traveler's blogs and website. Its quite interesting reading on other people experiences on their travel journey. Most of the experience are awesome and so inspiring!! I had shared some of the blogs and sites in my Towards life fulfillent ~Part 2 blog. - Well it is merely a sharing of my travelling desire and i am going to make it happen!! and there are more similar blog that provides insight and motivation of travelling around the world...all you need to do is .. get up and move you little butt and start doing researching.

I really curious of how travelers are able to make a living while abroad. Then i realize one thing .. one thing that all the bloggers shared in common was ... They are all European. Google on how to make money while travelling ... you will finds that all the traveler come from developed countries and they are willing to let go of their career to travel around the world.  Wondering Earl's travel around the world  blog are so informative and he shared quite interesting articles on travelling. 70% of the western traveler's Teach English while travelling around Southern Asia and  make a living through teaching. How about people from Southern Asia to travel around European countries? is it possible? Yes it is ... as long as you have a friend in that particular country then you are saving a lot...(may be). I haven't found any blog about how to travel around Europe without occurring huge amount of money. - moreover with the huge different between the countries exchange rate make it more unlikely to travel to their country... (Southern Asia for westerner are cheap countries and Malaysia fall under it as well). Another Blog about Quit Job to travel the world ... this is insane!!

I come cross a blog how Malaysia can travel to Europe for 10 days with only RM5,800 .. the sharing are fabulous and informative. The question is,  its only in 10 days... how if you want to travel around that continent for more than 10 days?

1. Either you come from a rich family background
2. you inherent fortune from your family
3. you are studying there ...
Then you can have a accessibility of wondering around Europe...

Ding Dong !! .. and here another site from the same writer 7 cheapest place to live in Europe for a year are also quite interesting to read. Hungary, Romania, Portugal, Spain, Greece. Slovakia & Bulgaria was the 7 Places that mentioned in the blog.  Blog or site like this really help a beginner who are looking for some tips of traveling.

I know, i admitted that there are more people who are able to make a living while traveling around Europe but none of them are really write about it or share tips based on their travelling perspective!! - So you need to do more research and do analysis on it. - you never knew that you will become one of the writer soon- (Self motivation)

I am doing my part of researching through reading more blogs and getting tips from experienced traveler's on Google. Really wish to travel around Europe soon!!

March 2015 Langkawi Work Trip!!

Unexpectedly my office top management decided to have a meeting at one of the office branches in Langkawi.. I was like "Really?" I was just back from spending my CNY holidays in Langkawi and here i am again spending  my early March weekends in Langkawi!! But i believe this ~> Doesn't matter how many times you visited a place, counts on the memories that you get from each visit for every visit will have its own lesson<~

Your opinion might be differ from mine and i tell you what ...  i enjoy myself whenever i travel and visiting places ( I assume i am an adventures person ... sometimes!! i guess) ... http://littleblogger.net/why-people-love-to-travel/ This is my favorite site of Why People Travel and i agreed with the post!! Make sure to catch an eyes on the post ya!!

Lets jump to how i spent my weekends .....

I love my happy face in the pictures ... its looks so natural and pure!! hehehe...  Here we go... group pictures taken after buying our ferry ticket. Because we bought the tickets in a group basis so we managed to get the seat in a raw ... close to each other.
Took us about 2 hours from the mainland to Langkawi Island... i am feeling great for the opportunity  traveled with my office people!!
Meeting chaired by our Director and everyone is giving  full cooperation during the meeting.

Since i'd been here before so its easier for me to arrange an Island Hopping activity for the group!! All of them were so excited about the trip including my director and his wife. Got the quotation from the Boat owner, collecting money from the group, and arrange for the trip...
Here was the Itinerary of the trip :-
1. Visiting Bunting Island Marble Resort
2. Go for Eagles feeding
3. Visiting Beras Basah Island
Everyone agreed of it and here we go ... getting on the boat for the trip!!

Look at all those happy faces... for some of them this was their first experiences travelling in a boat...For me personally, i'd been in a more challenging trip with boat while in Sabah and i never think of any negative thought while travelling because:-
1. Travelling is about happiness .. having fun ... laugh ... be grateful ... enjoy ... most importantly having a great memories.
2. Trust in GOD ... whatever names you call your God, have faith in HIM .. pray that everything will be accordance with his plan. He will never do harm to His beloved Daughter & Son isn't it.

Reached Dayang Bunting Marble resort!! Stop for some pictures taking with our own personal body pose. Yay!! we had fun...

from the main entrance of the Island, it took us about 15 minutes walk to the lake of Pregnant Maiden.

http://www.tourism.gov.my/en/kr/places/states-of-malaysia/kedah/dayang-bunting-lake-or-tasik-dayang-bunting  ...click here to know more about the lake of pregnant maiden!!

Wow .. i'd been here twice yet i never really Google and read the story about legends of the lake. I like it there for the forest and the quietness.
http://www.neosentuhan.com.my/langkawi/support/le004.htm ... here is another link about the Legends of Langkawi & the lake itself. Its beautiful anyway!! But i freak out when i know how exactly the land form of the lake and it surrounding.

Like i said the lake is beautiful ... we spent our time at the lake with paddling around the lake. It cost us around Rm15 per head including a life jacket.

Note that it is an automatic battery guided motor system which last for 30 minutes. For 30 minutes, relax & enjoy the lake view without paddling. The only thing that you need to control is the steering ... either to the right or to the left.

It is worthy to paddle around the lake ...

http://www.langkawipoint.com/langkawi-islands/pulau-beras-basah read this out for more info of  the Wet Rice Island (Pulau Beras Basah).

Having an opportunity to swim and feeding monkeys. There were many of them and all grows with manner. They behave well as long as you make them feel secured. They were all friendly and i managed to touch one of the monkey!!

Night at the beach was fun!! We stayed at Sandy Beach Hotel in Pantai Cenang. Situated Exactly in front of the Beach and we really enjoy our night at the beach.

Laughing, talking, taking pictures, posing and walking along the beach from one edge to the other edge was tiring yet enjoyable. And the sand was so fluffy like flour and you will experience how tired you are after the walk.

Here are pictures of our happy pose...

Spending my morning at the sea shore ... sitting cross-legged at the edge of the sea waves ... relaxing and being thankful for such a beautiful sea views, relaxing sea sounds and being grateful for such a wonderful life i have.

I also went for a morning swim as my morning exercises.

What a life!!

*********"RELAXING"**********

I am Doing things that make me happy!!
i laugh whenever i want!!
I Love everyone while i Live!!
Yet i am still looking for "Special" someone that can make me Smile!!
P/S: I need someone to check on my grammar ...

Langkawi Feb 2015 : Day 4

21st Feb 2015 - Day 4

My day-4 was my last day in Langkawi. I planned on spending my day alone, doing blogging, watching tv & relaxing but Out of a sudden receive calls from Hani & Aneeta telling that they are on their way to pick me up for Late Breakfast. I don't always have the opportunity to hang around with them later on so i decided to join them.

They brought me to Tiffin Delight Cafe ... the cafe decoration was beautiful and full of creativity. The owner must be a very creative person. The cafe was attractive and adorable. Food prices was affordable and full of choices. for those who loves Chinese food... Tiffin is the best place for you to go. Apart from Chinese food, Tiffin do also serves Western food.  http://www.tripadvisor.com.my/Restaurant_Review-g1096277-d7689210-Reviews-Tiffin_Delights-Kuah_Langkawi_Langkawi_District_Kedah.html you can even find out about this cafe in Google.

See all those adorable decoration? And look at the glasses ... isn't it unique and and unusual? i mean not all cafe will serves you with these type of attraction isn't it? well i love spending my few bucks sitting and eating here...moreover, the cafe air conditioning is functioning well. Langkawi Island temperature can be very hot so places like this can really be your a good choices to spend time at.

Here's the food and the drinks ... i asked for Kung Fu mian (SeaFood) for meal and Pineapple juice for drinks. Did you see the small cup i am holding at? its sugar. I normally will ask to separate the sugar from my drink so i can add in the sugar based on the level of sweetness i want in the drink. But usually i will go for "Sky juice" / Mineral water / warm water ...

We went for 2 hours Karaoke right after Brunch!! I am not so sure about the price since Hani paid for it...thanks Hani!! I really had fun and enjoyed my time with both them. They were so open minded, easy to hang out with, full of laugh and they doesn't care much about your background or who you are. I enjoy being their friends. I can feel the sincerity in them and i feel so free talking to them.

I also had the opportunity to visit Hani's friend wedding day!! The groom and bridegroom were so beautiful in Purple and red.

https://www.facebook.com/pages/Laksa-kaw/177637045620326?pnref=story Laksa Kaw... Eating ABC & Cendol was what we do after the wedding. (I think the whole day, food become our very best friends)...I definitely will gain more weight later. - God, please don't let the food that i eat become fat-

Visiting Pantai Pasir Hitam / Black Sand Beach was also fun!! http://www.langkawi-insight.com/langkawi_000014.htm feel free to read more about this beaches ... Why Is The Sand Black? you can read it on the link given!!

Black Sand Beach become one of the attraction in Langkawi. Apart from the black sand, the views here also amazingly beautiful. If you ask me, i will always find everything beautiful hahaha. isn't it beautiful?

Spending my night at Westin Hotel Resort & Spa live band. Westin Hotel was among the expensive 5 stars hotel in Langkawi. We spent the night enjoying the live band with a glass of wine. Hani introduce me to one of her Scotland Friend's Calum Kirkness. He is a great guy. I talk about Vampires and wolf ( well i love this type of stories). I don't think he really was listening to my stories but he shows as if he was listening so i didn't stop talking. Hani think i am a talkative person but in fact i am not. Its ridiculous because i normally did not talk much ... - May be i am improving more now- who knows?? ( I hope so!!)

Apple Cider refreshing drink with 4% alcohol vol. - Aneeta introduced me to this drink. I like the taste but not the sweetness. May be it will be more better to drink it with some Ice cube - to get rid of the Sweetness- you should try it!!

p/s: I retreat the day with Happiness and tiredness ...

Langkawi Trip : Day 3

21st Feb 2015 (Day 3)

My Day 3 in Langkawi i spent with Island Hopping. Wake up at 7.30am, taking my shower, having my breakfast & preparing myself with half day island hopping program. I was so excited. The Tour bus picked me up from the hotel to Pekan Rabu Jetty (The meeting & starting point).

Isn't the view beautiful? owh yeah ... i know i am not some type of professional photographer but i love to take pictures. -May be its time for me to take a photography class- hehehe

The Island hopping journey begins. I met this couples from Sarawak, they were lovely and they became my half day travel buddies. Exchanging stories and experiences and helping each others with photo shooting. That was the uniqueness of being a "solo" traveler ... there are always something new to learn and meeting new friends.

Our first stop was Pulau Beras Basah or the Island of Wet Rice. I wonder why they named this Island with such an unrealistic names??? I am looking for the "real' wet rice. hahaha. The island was beautiful - according to my eyes- the trip provides us an hour tour at this Island and there were nothing much to see and the sun was so H.O.T. - I prefer it to be a little cloudy-

wherever you go, you will never missed out taking pictures and it became the memory to you in 5 or 10 more years later. Longevity is uncertain yet keeping it in a blog (like mine) i guess is meaningful for the younger generations !! I know this blog of mine is nothing special yet as long as i am happy blogging and sharing things ... its more than enough!!

If you are looking for rest room a.k.a toilet in this island ... don't be surprise that there were no public toilet at all. Walk a little further to the wood, you will not only see the monkeys around but you will also see a tree with red wording saying "Tandas di sini" / "here's the toilet" ... seriously?? for men maybe is applicable but for women? I mean women are not going to stand while peeing right? Owh no worries about the monkeys they are not going to hurt people yet still need to be careful with your bags at hands for they can be naughty to run and catch it from you.

Another pictures of the beaches... and the parachute!! I wish i can have the opportunity to fly high with parachute - some day-  Way to go ... next Destination is the Island of Pregnant Maiden or Pulau Dayang Bunting.

Yay!! i am here ... I love it here for its rain forest and its quietness. From the main entrance, we need to walk another 15 minutes to reach the Pregnant Maiden Lake. Along the walking track, there are information about the land form of the lake and the history of how the lake was existed based on scientific point of views. But when you Google about it, there are story about the legends of the lake and its quite interesting to read. - how far was it true? we never knew-  And in the religious point of views, the magnificent lake formation is the almighty God work of creation!!

Finally, here's the lake. it is advisable to wear a life jacket whenever you come near to the lake. The lake itself was 14 meters deep and for those who was not a good swimmer .. wearing a life jackets is necessary. I didn't go for the swim even though i did prepare some cloths for changing. I went for paddling activities around the lake with Sother, the Sarawakian's young lady. we had fun!! At the end of the trip, the trip agency will sell your lovely cute picture that stick in a small plate as souvenir...

p/s: I enjoy the day trip!!

Langkawi Feb 2015 : Day 2

20th Feb 2015 (Friday)

My day 2 in Langkawi i supposed to spent my day with Island Hopping but due to some misunderstanding & miss communication the Travel Agency which i booked for the Island Hopping Tour changed it to the next day. well, i know it kind of frustrating isn't it when things turn out not as we planned it.  I tell you this ... don't be!! Frustration is just killing your good mood and eventually will effects your whole day... i learned this prayer and i hold on to it in my daily life's ....

Image result for god grant me the serenity

There must be a reason for everything that happens in our life's ... just go with the flow because God almighty created life as beautiful as it is and He will never Do us Harm on every plan that He had on Us!! well in my case, the date was changed to the next day ... what really matters are the activities that i a going to do today!!

Anita had arranged a taxi to fetch me up from where i stayed to the Cable Car!! Yes, i am going to experience the Cable Car Ride and i am excited of it. Due to some miss communication between the Taxi driver and the person in-charged, i reached The Cable Car at noon and Gosh it was a long Queue of people waiting for their turns to Buy the Cable Car ticket. Again i am so frustrated to that situation and patiently waiting for my turns in the lines.

Waiting patiently for my turn to buy Cable Car Ticket

If only i came early for the ticket!! Took me about an hour to finally reached to the counter for ticket. I pay about RM20 for the Skycab & Skydome... unfortunately, i need to wait for another 3 hours before my turn for the skycab. (Well, it was understandable since i came during peak season... and there were crowds of people & its irritating ... All the prices from accommodation, transportation & tourism tour will be a bit ore expensive than in normal season) - a lesson for me-

Waiting is not what i am good at and i feel waiting is a waste of time!! so meanwhile, i decided to experience something else... i went for this DuckTours trip and i paid about RM48 for the tour. (Non peak season it only cost about RM 38 ..)  http://www.langkawi-gazette.com/oriental-village/1565-duck-tour-at-oriental-village-langkawi ... here's the link to read more about Duck Tours. Frankly saying it is not a very entertaining tour but in my situation it's worth of how i spent my time rather than waiting without doing nothing.

Finally, sky-cab hours has come.. and because i am a single rider, i need to mixed together with the others. one sky-cab consist of six person and i can be fitted in whichever cab. Experience in the sky-cab a.k.a Cable Car was fun and full of curiosity in the same time. I enjoyed the view very much. Of course there were moments when the 'how if" question will pop up in my little box of thinking but i tried to see things the other way round.
#Seriously .. this was the moment that i waited for ... and i enjoyed the ride very much!!

There were two stops before reaching the top and last stop. The views was incredible and breath taking. "Wow!!" will be the first word that comes out from your mouth.
I don't have my own Tripod for Selfie so i siply ask someone to snap shot my pictures...See my happy face?? -Well i always happy when travelling..-
Selfie with ice cream .. to cool me down from the heat and the ice cream cost me around RM2.50 per scope .. expensive isn't it??
Going down from the top stop, there were an options whether to finish the day or to go for the sky-bridge walk.
Lucky enough i am wearing my sneakers and not slippers ... (But it is advisable to wear shoes for sky cab if you want to experiences the sky bridge) ... why must shoes? You will not going to walk 20 minutes in the jungles with slippers right?
You will need to pay extra RM15 for the sky bridge entrance fees and there will be a form for you to filled in - Name, nationality, age and others questions for emergency purposes.

Since i am here, i wouldn't mind of paying extra Ringgits for something new. Yay!! I survived at the most iconic suspension bridge!! - that was what the signboard were saying- why does it called as "iconic"? Now i am looking for iconic meaning and here's what i got
"Very famous or popular, especially being considered to represent particular opinions or a particular time"
What it is to do with the bridge?? I still don't get it!! haha.

Here we go ... it was so high and totally hanging from edge to edge ... there were few thick glasses at the center of the bridge for people to step at it and take pictures. - Dangerous for those who have a high fright!!-

As usual i poke on someone and asked for pictures shooting session. Its tiring and boring when travelling alone as no one you can talk to and no one will candidly shot your pictures ... HUH!! signing !!
# I really think i need a Tripod for selfie hahaha
Down from the sky cab, Anita & Hani were waiting for me at the same spot as yesterday and they are having late lunch. I was so hungry after the walked and i asked for "that" food!! haha
https://www.facebook.com/skycupbistro ... Info about the Sky Cup Bistro cafe. Spending our evening here was relaxing and fun.

The Owner of that cafe, Mr.Zaidi was a fantastic man. He loves to laugh and making jokes and i enjoyed the evening with them.
# Don't forget to sit and order some food with Sky Cup Bistro when visiting here!!
The views in front of the Cafe ... People happily laughing and excitedly playing with those bubbles ... that was a huge bubbles and its so entertaining.

Children playing with the water fountain was heart giggling ...they were so lucky and you will smile and even laugh when you saw them happily playing with the waters...

#  As if i like children haha... but yeah i can be so softhearted with children sometimes!!
We come crossed to one handicraft shop and there were this shop where we can make out own bracelet and key chain. Chose your tag colors, select what word you want to put in and the shop owner will slip it in together to make a name bracelet or a name key chain.
Three of us choose and make our own bracelet and key chain.. Hani was the one who being so fussy a little and since its her idea's of spending time with these things, she need to be fully satisfies with everything. haha. she was so funny...took her more than 10 minutes to decided what colour of her bracelet tag!! LOL.

Spending our night at one of the Night Market not far from the town area. I can't recalled the name of the place but all i can remember was, the night market is situated in front of a mosques. Nothing much to see here and since i don't really like a crowded places, i less enjoyed the night market!! but i do enjoyed my time spent with the two Girls. -Aneet & Hani-

P/s: Fun!! Fun!! Fun!!
